As a BC School sports sanctioned event, athletes must compete for their school. All non-teacher and community coaches must be designated and approved IN WRITING by the school principal. Schools anticipating attending the BC Championships must have this letter printed on school letterhead accompany their entries to their zone representative before May 18, 2012 For insurance reasons, competition packages will not be released to community coaches/designated adults until meet management has a HARD COPY of this letter in its possession.
